Send a ringtone to your mobile phone

1. Turn on a compatible mobile phone, and then connect it to your computer.
2. If Device Stage doesn't open automatically when the device is connected, click the Start button , click Devices and Printers, and then double-click the device.
3. Double-click Set ringtones in Device Stage.
4. On the Choose a ringtone page, choose an existing ringtone. To play the selected ringtone, click the Play ringtone button .
5. Select one of the following options next to What would you like to do with this ringtone?
   • If you want it to be used as the primary ringtone that plays when your phone rings, click Make it the primary ringtone, and then click Send to phone.
   • If you want the ringtone to play when a specific person (or people) calls you, click Assign it to a contact, and then click Next. On the Assign to contacts page, select the person (or people) that you want to assign the ringtone to, and then click Send to phone.
